Oh man, don't you just hate when people have to change the policy to make their job easier, but it makes your job harder???

When I had to do a loan extension in the past, all I had to do was fax the request for one to the documentation dept.


NOW.....I have to prepare a request form, pull the credit file, get the original "note" that was signed, as well as all the "modifications" (each time a loan is renewed, it's modified), the loan agreement, the security agreement, guarantors list, and a few other documents.

What used to be a one page request is out of control now.

I did an extension a few mintues ago, it was 115 pages. 115!!!!!!
 
and to make matters worse, there are about 10 loans that "expire" at end of next week, and the other Admin Asst. will be out, helping another location for the whole week.

So guess who all that work will fall to???? :angered

I woulda been beggin the customer just to pay the damn thing! :lol
