Looking for two songs

2nd one is slow jam, I have no idea of artist/song title

Goes like this:

You're on my mind and I want you to know

Slow song female singer I would think it was late 80's, I remember it at high school dances. I'm pretty sure this one wasn't a group, but just a female singers name.

Also the first one for sure is pre-SaFire. This is early 80's with Lisa Lisa etc...
