Looking for "Is It Me The One"

I think it may have been a Miami based song, but that is only from a recollection of an old Google search hit I found.

Regardless the lyrics (female vocals) are:

Is Me the one you think of
When you blah blah blah blah blah (sorry can't make those lyrics out)
Is it me the one you dream of
When your heart is filled love

I have this on a mix tape and did convert it to MP3 and can provide it. But the quality is as poor so I would like to get a clean mp3 and just identify the artist and accurate song title.
