A long distance relationship can work if both parties are willing to work at it.

One of the things that can work is instead of going all the way to him, or him going all the way to you, find the mid point, and then find fun things to do there. That way, it is only half the travel time for both of you, and perhaps you can see each other more often.

Although it is not the same, IM and phone can shorten the distance somewhat....

I agree...i met my wifey whileeeeeeeeee back when i was in fl when we met wow we just hit it off i felt like i knew her lol b4 i even got to really know her...we became really tight really close to eachother and now were 2gether..they work but thats on you and your partnah to make it work you know..
 
i wont be able to do the long distance thing... i need a man to be there for me in flesh when i need him every day...
 
thanks everyone for your input. i guess it depends how often you see ea. other. i think every weekend will work out.
