This has not been a good week for Lindsay Lohan!
First, she was involved in an embarrassing drug scandal, which she has yet to publicly addressed.
Then, her new movie, Georgia Rule, got panned by the critics.
Now, La Lohan is being sued by a paparazzo that claims the actress hit her with his car in New York City two months ago and that mommy from hell, Dina Lohan, is the owner of the vehicle.
Snapper Giovanni Arnold claims he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" due to the incident.
In the lawsuit, filed Thursday, he states the defendants (Lindsay & Dina) were "negligent, careless and reckless" with the vehicle, causing him personal injury and economic loss.
He is asking the court for a sum of money "which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction."
No specific amount was given in the court papers filed on Thursday.
Lohan has claimed that the photog faked being hit by her, just as she claims her new coke pics are fake too.
And just like her tan and hair are fake too.
