life is but a number
when your numbers'
up you dont' know
you just dont' know
when the lights' go out
and you just cant see
when your hearts' stop
and you have taken your
last breath of life
it all gose all at once
a sleep for life
for life has taken' one more number
no matter the age no matter the race
no matter the place
no matter the time
life is here today gone tommrrow
you can not buy life for it dose
not have a price we are here
on barrow time make the best
of your life befor your number comes'
up and claims' your life
life is not promised' to us
