You’re dead and gone
And life goes on
My mind holds memories of the past
In a short time, our friendship grew fast
No one thought, it would end this way
Still sad I am, everyday
But life goes on
Even after you’re gone
Once in awhile, I cry
Still wondering, why you died
Months after your death, I still cried
And life still won’t be the same
And life goes on, and so does my pain
8 months have passed by, since that day
When you passed and hell came my way
I wanted to drink my problems away
To be in that stage of feeling no pain
You’re dead and gone
And life goes on
i wrote this one on 6-23-03 cause of my friend who passed away last yr in october and im still hurting.he was a good friend.
