Boston- The City That Comes To Life After 2 a.m.-
The FCC is set to investigate the actions of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake during the Half-Time performance.

Good. Where do these artist's get off thinking that whipping out one's breast on national television is acceptable? Especially when you have kids and elder's watching.

When I watched that happen, I just rolled my eyes, turned my head, looked at my future mother-in-law, and said "How pathetic is that?"

Oh well....It's just another attempt to make headlines- and it did.

How boring.......*yawn* ( :sleep )

Live shows are risky!!!

Whether this was on purpose or not, maybe a 3 second delay when it comes to a performance should be enforced.

I missed it... but HEARD ALL ABOUT IT.

Yup you got that right! Not to mention Janet is about to drop a cd soon.

i thought she had talent

obviously she cant just rely on her talent

cant believe she has no class...and she would pull such a stupid publicity stunt

its poor taste

So they actualy show Janet Jacksons tetas on TV damn forget PPV tune in to regualr TV

what's the big deal....Lil Kim exposed her boob and Diana Ross grabbed it on MTV....both (yes both) Brittany and Christina got a kiss from Madonna and now Janet allows Justin to expose her breast (w/pasty) I am not shocked by any of it.

it was so set up.

janet announced weeks earlier that something "special" was going to happen when she performed during halftime.

Did anything else happen that i missed?

why was she wearing "pasties" if she wasnt going to show off her drooping tit?

I don't think it's an issue of shock value anymore. Basically, what it comes down to is that the Superbowl is supposed to be a family event, maybe not for you or myself, but for America on a national level.

So when you have a family, sitting around the television and watching a football game, and an artist reaches for the breast of another artist and literally exposes her tit to the world, do you want your kids seeing that? Probably not.

At least on MTV you have more control of the programs you or your kids watch.

But it's the Superbowl. Not MTV. Leave that shit where it belongs-on MTV.

The statement issued by the FCC raises a good point and makes a lot of sense.

So when a 10 year old boy goes to school and touches a classmates breast or lifts her shirt up, who's to blame? Exactly! The media. Not so much the parent.

So yes, we need to make a big issue of it and ENFORCE it, because if we don't, things will just get worse and worse.

Everything you said! Agree! :heee

I understand what u are saying....but around where I live kids are exposed to many things outside of their home....and don't get me started w/what they learn in school or buses. (it's worse than u think)

All we can do as the responsible parents that we are, is teach our kids morals and values and tell them what is and is not acceptable.

Sadly in the age of Cable TV and the net, many little boys and girls are pretty numb to the stuff they see on TV. Hello, Survivor is not exactly the cleanest show on Network TV. NBC got into lots of trouble for the nude Fear factor mission.

Hello, it's MTV, the home of The Real World/Las vegas eerrrr soft porn and The Madonna kiss. To a degree, CBS and their viacom cousin; MTV kind of wanted this.
