Last night I had a dream that we were together
and our bodies tied together by our extremities.
Our lips locked in an enchanting kiss
as our eyes spoke aloud, ’this must be a reality!’
Our bodies in a blissful high
so fantastically alive
and I oh so knew
you were here with me, in my life
We shared so much chemistry
as we continuously made love
and reached so many new heights
that we thought were unreachable up above
It felt so real to touch you,
so many emotions drained out of me
that I thought it was all-true
Then I woke up feeling all alone, worn and blue
that you were not here
and that this was just a dream
