Has anyone gotten it done here?
Or thinking of it?
I’m really thinking of getting it done cuz my eye sight suck
And it’s getting worse by the day.
I can’t see what’s in front of me and I’m using contacts this is crazy
What do you all think of laser eye surgery?
 
A friend of mine had this done last week and said it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. It was quick and painless. His vision is so much better .. 20/20 vision!
 
This is something I really need to get,

My prescription
Get higher and higher and I still can’t see good.
And now when ever I’m in front of the comp my head hurts because of my vision.
I really need to get this done.
So you know around what was the cost of it?
 
Its expensive as all hell, and insurance doesn't cover any of it.
I've thought maybe possibly getting it done some day, but then I realized hell no....sorry but I don't want anyone screwing around with my eyes. If they're even a teeny tiny fraction of an inch off, then you kiss your esyesight of any kind goodbye. Yeah it would be great to see without my contacts or glasses, but to risk going blind? Nah, I'll pass.
But hey, if insurance ever does cover it, I might on some small level consider getting it done.
 
I've though about it and if insurance would cover it I be on the table ready to go. I hate wearing my glasses/contacts but without them I can't tell who or what is in front of me lol.
 
i was told it was 1000 each eye.
but i'm going to save up cuz i need 2 get this done.
i'me going to my eye doc this week and we are going to talk about this surgery.

I was thinkin about it but at 700.00 per eye...can't afford that ish! LMAO!
 
it is alot of money, but i think it's worth it.. i really need to get my eye sight fix.
i might have to ask my brother to help me out with half..
or see if ican work some type of payment plan with he doc's office. but i need 2get this done

LOL I hear ya on that...I'm the same way! One time, I lost a contact while at work, and you had to see me.....closing one eye and trying to read the computer screen with the one open one! LMAO Thankfully I had my glasses in the car and was able to drive home. lol
 
i would love to have it done also. i know a couple of people who have had it done and absolutely love it!! its about $1000 an eye, but that price is alot cheaper than what it was when the procedure first came out. i want to do it, but i'm a little nervous about some of the risks as Dreamgirl said. also, i don't think its been out long enough, how do they know how it will affect your eyesight, say in 20 years?? i guess i'm too paranoid to get it although I would love to wake up in the morning and be able to see the damn alarm clock!! :lol

Yes, it does bring results. My aunt got it done, it was good for her.
