I'm a newbie here but not to freestyle music. It's what I listened to growing up in the Bronx and what I loved!

I heard a song one time only on my way to 1018 in about 1985. The chorus is all I remember. I would love to find out the artists name and or the name of the song.

The chorus was something like this..."L's for the Love you give me, O's for the only one", it goes on with the V and E but I don't remember what was said with that part of the chorus. It sounded something like an Information Society style.

Does anyone remember this song?

Hi RECS,

the song is L.O.V.E. by Erotic Exotic which I'm a member of.
you could find the CD at Amazon.com
You can choose from Erotic Exotic's Anthology or the Greatest hits.
You can also find the 12" Vinyl on the internet. there are 2 versions of this song on different 12" vinyl, one is the original version (Miami Mix) and 2 is the Freddy Basstone (NY Mix).

Thanks

John-

Thanks a million! I'm ordering the greatest hits cd right now from Amazon.com. I have been looking for this for almost 20 years! Damn, that make me feel very old. I remember hearing it in a friends car on my way to 1018 and really feeling the song. I never heard it again but it always stuck in my head. Thanks for the info!

Thanks again!

Ron
