Went to the mall today, & as I entered the music store, I headed straight for the used/clearance CD bins section, & what do I see?
2 familiar capitol S's one red, & one purple ...the logo of Sweet Sensation. 🙂

Most of the albums I already had, but I bought them again anyway. I found some rare classics like:

Sweet Sensation - "Take It While It's Hot"
Sweet Sensation - "Love Child"
George Lamond - "In My Life"
Trinere - "Games"
Linear - "Linear"
Bardeux - "Shangri-La"
Taylor Dayne - "Tell It To My Heart"
Pajama Party - "Up All Night"

Laura Enea- "Catch Me Now" - (I never had this album, I only have her 1st self-titled, but was surprised that some of the songs are the same from her 1st album. Wierd? I notice other Freestyle artists have done the same)

Jomanda - "Someone To Love Me"
Ariel (aka: Gina of Laissez Faire) - "Woman In Love"
Iliana - "Iliana"
Brenda K. Starr - "Petalos De Fuego"

I got all these CD's, (some completely brand new), for a super discount price that was unbeleivable!!!
There's was still half of the section I didn't get to search, but I will be going there again this weekend to see if I dig up any more goods. 🙂
 
Yo....Company B!!!! That song by Ariel, "Woman In Love", are there any other lyrics to that song?

I've heard it on remix shows, and have it on a comp, but it's just the chorus over and over again. Are there any versions on what you bought that have the whole song redone?

Chuck, So far I have only heard half of the first song, & I skimmed through the rest. But what I heard does sound like she's only repeating the chorus over & over - lol. It does have a few remixes though.
When I hear the whole thing tommorrow, I will def give u the scoop. 🙂

Chuck, she pretty much repeats (in that Cher robot voice) :

"I am a woman in love, & i'd do anything, to get u into my world,
& and hold you within, (blah, blah, blah), over & over again"....
"What do I do, What do I do?"
"I am a woman love, I am a woman in love"

That's what she repeats on all the versions I have.
Sorry, I prefer the Laissez Faire stuff ANYDAY! 🙂
 
I don't get that whole trend. Remake a song, and only throw a portion of the lyrics on it. wtf????

If you are gonna redo it, redo it right.
