KNON is a community station and it has a GM for like 10 different formats. The jocks that play dance and frestyle are on from noon to 4 pm mon- sat and then a mix show on sat nite from 7 to 10. If you just sent it in the chances that the dj's that really play that stuff got is real slim........its just that the GM doesn't always give us the promos. If you really want it played you have to send it to the dj's themselves and ask them to play it.`Knon doesn't restrict any of us on what we can play.........if I choose to play freestyle a day on my show I can and if the next week I want to play house then thats cool too. Make sure your product gets to the people it needs to, that with any station. Make contact with Dj's and people who will be in the ear of the people who can get it requested and added.
