do you mean newtons laws of motion?

ou mean Newtons laws of motion?
let me start with this>>.
SOME DEFINITIONS MAY BE IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND THE LAWS OF MOTION
MATTER-anything that has mass and occupies space
INTERIA-the property of matter that opposes any change in its state of motion.
MASS-a measure of the quantity of matter present, a fundamental physical quantity.
FORCE-a physical quantity that can affect the motion of an object-any push or pull that results in an change in direction of the motion of an object. Also it is a measure of the momentum gained per second by an already accelerating body.
DISPLACEMENT-is a change of position of an object in a particular direction.
MOTION-is the continuous displacement of an object in relation to stationary objects.
TIME-a measure of a continuous sequence of events.
DISTANCE-a straight line measurement from one point to another in a particular direction.
SCALAR QUANITY-is a measurement that only has magnitude associated with it.
VECTOR QUANITY-is a measurement that has both magnitude and direction associated with it.
SPEED-is the time rate of change of position of a moving object, or its distance moved divided by time of movement.
VELOCITY-is simply speed in a particular direction.
ACCELERATION-is the time rate of change of velocity of a moving object, or its velocity from one moment to another divided by the total time between the moments.
The force unite called a NEWTON- is derived from Newton's Second law of motion, and when one kilogram is accelerated one meter per second per second, then this will produce the force unit of one newton, with the units of Kg*m/s2.

Laymans terms..An object in motion tends to stay in motion and an object in rest tends to stay in rest unless the object is acted upon by an outside force.

If this is what u were asking me I hope I was able to help ya.
much,
kF
