Can someone please tell me the title of the House song that is sampled in this underground Hip Hip song. The house sample this dude uses is reminiscent of my Palladium and Tunnel days. I never did the get the name or label that it was on. My sister and I have been trying to figure it out for yours and now I heard it resurface for the first time in years.
 
Is there a way to post a link to the sample of what you're talking about? Or a website with a preview? I'm pretty good with IDing older house tunes so I'll see if I can find a sample to listen.
 
Aiight, I'm not going to give up...

It's a house instrumental, possibly early to mid 90's. Popular song at Palladiam, Tunnel, Bentley's, Webster Hall, etc..

I think there's like one verse that's repeated in the song, "Get Up!" .....

Tnen there's like three beats that follow that..."Din Din Din, ha!", "Din Din Din, ha".

I feel ridiculous posting it, but someone has to know it.

I never went to The Tunnel but I love that Tunnel house sound!!!!! I have an old cassette of a Tunnel Mix that I taped off of Hot 97 back in the day........ "That Sound" is all over the tape!!!!!!!! :listen

Hell yeah! I remember my first time stepping foot into that place. It was everything I expected, and then some. I mean unisex bathrooms, hot girls and dudes dancing in cages hanging from ceilings, the "mushroom" lounge, etc.... Whew! What I would do to be 17 all over again.

Yes! It's K-OS "Superstar part 0". One of the best I've heard yet. It's been on MTV's top 20 most requested videos for the past month or so. I've been trying to find it on vinyl but with no success. If anyone knows where I can find it I would appreciate it.
 
Sorry I didn't read your question right but Ceesil is right it's Soho "Hot Music". Still a wonder piece.
