lol just when i thought life couldnt slap me in the face again

k i got into an accident and probably wont be able to work till like april and i guess they are annoyed cuz im collecting now
so they are saying that 2 weeks b4 my accident i had a suspicious transaction....thats y they think i stole

yeah and considering i almost died im so pissed when they called me i almsot broke down....i cant believe it and its like y cuz u dont wanna pay me cuz if they fire me i lose my disability pay

and i dont have the money for a lawyer and the company's huge so i'll lose...and they are using the fact that i got charged in the accident as saying that i shouldnt be paid for my careless driving (which there is more to the whole acciendent then this)
 
DO THEY HAVE LEGAL AID WHERE YOU? THEY NEED TO SHOW YOU IN WRITING WHERE IT SAYS THAT. DID THAT HAPPEN WHILE YOU WERE WORKING FOR THEM?
 
yeah there is legal aid and my job is unionized
i got into a major car accient about a month ago
thats y i disappeared
it was not during working time but i was employed by them so im collecting disability considering i cant move cuz im all broken
now they are saying that they wanna fire me cuz of that suspicious transaction which would me my disability pay would stop
and i informed my self and yeah if they can prove that i altered a price (which i did cuz the item was not on file) they have a case and i dont

i did and basically i have no case
cuz i did alter a price and the customer was family
but in no way did i discount the item was not on file
but yeah its against policy and i have no proof so yeah
i guess im a full time cfer now lol

yeah but i got another dumb write up earlier in the year some situation that happened while i was on lunch this spring but cuz i didnt punch out for it i couldnt prove i was not there
so yeah a previous write up doesnt help my cause
and the fact that i really wont be able to work again or for a really long time doesnt help
