I just got off the phone with the Prince of Freestyle and he let me hear his new songs and let me tell you, they are OFF THE CHAIN!!!
Johnny worked hard with these song and put his heart and soul into them. He has a mixture of DANCE/POP, R&B & a balled, as well as FREESTYLE for all of us freestyle fans!
The first song he played me was entitled "FRIDAY NIGHT" which is an all out clubbing song! Johnny lets loose with this one by telling you to just go out and have have fun because it's a FRIDAY NIGHT! The song combines the sounds of HOUSE and SWING and is a definate club jam!
The next song to follow was called "CALL ME ON THE PHONE" which was slammin! I liked this song as much as the first, if not "more"! It had the "MOJO LADY" sound which has been widely accepted in the music world.
Another song that I heard that I know will turn heads is the song "IM SO IN LOVE WITH YOU" which is a story about his first kiss. "you never forget your fist kiss" Johnny told me. "No one does!" Johnny also described it as a "FREESTYLE JET PLANE" because it just takes off so fast and sound great. "This is for MY freestyle fans!"
The last song i heard was another freestyle jam called "SETTLE DOWN" and has enough power to be heard on the radio like all the freestyle hits that were able to sustain thier vulnerability for many years and stick to everyone mind. It's a keeper! God Bless!!!
