Joee in Montreal

Joee was in montreal last weekend and I heard the concer was ok.If any one was there give mw some feed back.

Joee's show was fantastic. I talked to him, his manager and got some feedback from listeners from Montreal and they said the show was great. He didn't do any ballads included some freestyle songs in the set and the crowd was chanting
angel angel angel........ for the encore. They say freestyle and euro/dance is dead in Montreal but they still love Joee. The club sizmos is owned by the same people that run the dome.

Cool, I missed the concert I was working.
And Sizmos is owned by the same people that own the Dome.
It's a sheme because people in Montreal love their clubs but don't respect them.
And yes it is dead here the only people that still suport Freestyle here are the greeks,the rest have moved on to House.
It's a shame.

Kala... Well reason I didn't get the name is cause I forgot my Greek... I'm part Greek, but also grew up in Athens, but when I moved to T.O I was like 8 and you know, when you're a little kid and don't use a language, you forget it easy. 🙁 I'll learn it eventually, hell I pick up some stuff once in a while when I'm around some Greek friends.

Greeks everywhere do love Freestyle the only place where I can hear Freestyle are greek clubs,greek wedings and Greek radio.

hey i've been to montreal and i'll be there in may, what is a good club to hit, i've been there a few times and no question it's SIZMOS on Saturday and Extreme on Sunday and they played some freestyle with the greek on sunday at extreme but what is a good freestyle club in montreal are there?

Well there are no Freestyle clubs left they all closed down a few yaers ago but for sure Extrems on sundays that's the most Freestyle you'll get.Tell me when in may you're comming because I work with the dj's at Extrems and we're organizing a Freestyle party there in May.
And you hould try Vatican on Fridays it's across Extrems you might get some freestyle there.

GREEKS AND FREESTYLE GO HAND IN HAND. I RMEMBER WHEN I USED TO RUN AROUND BUYING ALL THE FREESTYLE THAT WOULD COME OUT. ONCE THE STORE OWNERS REALIZED I WAS GREEK ,THEY NEVER ASKED ME WHY I'M WASTING MY MONEY ON FREESTYLE AGAIN. THEY SIMPLY SAID YOU'RE GREEK, FREESTYLE IS IN YOUR BLOOD.
