Yeah well this is the second highly anticipated cd that the release date keeps getting post-ponned :crap
 
joee's new cd is called "decade" and will be released in november through spg. it'll feature some of his bigest tracks from the past 10 years and a several new tracks including question of time as previewed at the summer rush and a cover tune that features snipets of depeche mode and inxs. lookout for it!
 
This is one cd I have been waiting for and will be getting...but is there a date is my question?

I believe most of your little friends "Gina", have worked with Ti Amo, and if they can't hold their own, that's there problem not ours. I work hard, so does everyone else I know who gets their songs aired, without the drama.

You have a problem, email me...and i'll answer any of your questions truthfully.

I don't doubt you work hard never said you didn't...others work hard too and go unrecognized but I'm sure the same was for you when you first started out am I right...I may roll my eyes at you and your comments but at least I don't hide it with quotation marks "Elissa" I show the way I feel thru smilies that is what they are there for so if I feel like rolling my eyes then I will...and my "little friends" as you refer to them may have "worked" with you but have moved on for they saw how things really work in "that" industry. and the few that havent well it's their lives and I don't control my friends lives..you come to this forum every once in a while which is kool and I admit that but you come here to promote your stuff and when members give you grief about your "covers" you don't come back for months which is usually just in time for you to promote a new "project" but please feel welcome to come here for you are just like all the other Canadian artists are Ti Amo or not...and since I'm on the Ti Amo subject again...the site yeah well "members" coming up in here early in the summer dropping hints about up coming cds and then never coming back and the cd getting delayed in its release date must be some weird coincedence, even if it is the site gets updated when Ben (who I know of) says so well that's kool he does call the shots don't he as he should for he does run it...and then people wonder why freestyle in Canada is lacking cuz people count their chicks before the eggs have hatched...I don't need to email you to tell you what I need to cuz this is all I need to say and I really don't think that its so bad that everyone can't see it and have an opinion on it...why hide it ya know...as for sitting and gossiping YOU DON'T KNOW ME FROM A HOLE IN THE WALL SO DON'T ASSUME CUZ YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ASSUME...and hey I didnt do anything behind your back...I posted it ain't my fault you see it months later when the matter is long forgotten in our minds...and another thing my "friends" have held theirs (as you said it) again with the assuming...well that's all I have to say right now...like I said I actually would like to have you here as an active member cuz if you read my other posts I do promote and try to hype of freestyle...

I hope you 2 can resolve this issue. You both have something in common and their is no need to go back at it.

Sometimes reading a thread gets misinterpreted. I hope this is the case cause I hate it when my ladies start fighting.

And saying you know me on issues and people's judgement on me for certain situations, is not knowing me at all.

Just because people like myself or Joee get on radio, doesn't mean that our work comes easy, we still put time and effort into what we do just like everyone else.

Thank you for welcoming me to the board, Jack has always supported my work, and I know that there are fans on this site that appriciate what I do.

I never said that you or Joee or anyone for that matter have gotten where you are without the hard work...trust I know it takes hard work and more...and artists like u and Joee have to work twice as hard to stay where you are....am i not right
I appreciate your work...if you read my threads you will see one of my all time fave songs (in all genres) is "Back To Me" but anyways it's more than a welcome its an encouragement for you to drop in more often

one thing u gotta understand and remember Elissa... we support ALL canadian freestyle artists... no one is making you an exception to the rule... just that unlike yourself and my seksi Joee, some people need more support.. I'm sure you understand that...

Elissa is a very well known freestyle artist in Canada. FOr that she does deserve props.

But considering the only reason she's on today is to thank Jack for a mass email to all members asking where she was (cause obviously today's visits weren't about promoting any of her projects as her visits usually are about), I think you need to know you came out wrong and you need to check yourself.

The members are here day in and day out, for no self serving purpose. And if it wasn't for people and MODS like Civic, the Canada forum would be dry for posts, cause we sure as hell know you haven't been coming in here posting and creating activity in here. So to come on here and attack a mod on a topic that had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you, you were off base.

Then to add insult to injury (and to further tarnish your own reputation cause, really?, how good could it possibly look for you to come on and attack a member about a post that had nothing to do with you, yet you're acting like some trashed your house and your man?), you imply that she gets paid to have the opinions she has about other artist that you don't particulary like or perhaps are threatened by. No one denies the work it takes to put out a song, by you, or Joee or anyone else. And while we're talking about people, who are these "little friends" you are referring to? ANd who are the "half of the people" who have nothing better to do with their time than gossip "behind people's backs"? If you have problems with people, please don't bring your drama to our boards. It's not what CF is about.

And, if Ben has issue with what is said here about his company or anything else for that matter, he's a big boy, a shrewd and respected business man. You're not his mom or his woman and doesn't need you to defend him. He can speak for himself and has. Anyone reading Civic's post would have taken the comment at face value. The Ti Amo website has not been updated. It wasn't an attack against Ben, and in fact it was you who dragged him into it. It was you who brought his name into it. Civic said nothing wrong. SHe stated a fact, she didn't slam the man, although clearly you've got your gotchkies in a twist and chose to use it as an opportunity to attack.

As for whether Civic knows you or not, or whether she has passed judgment on you or not, it's a lot like the pot calling the kettle black there isn't it Elissa? Isn't your whole post of accusations and assumptions, the judgement you have passed on Civic? You don't know her so where do you get off doing the same thing you are accusing and condemning her of?

I think you really need to take a minute and check yourself. And while I wasn't mentioned in your post (unless I'm one of the un-named and caring), I am a member of this board, a respected MOD, and I am a friend of Civic's. But as a MOD I will not stand for anyone to attack a member of this board, nevermind a fellow mod.

Finally, your presence is welcome on this board. But if you have a beef with one of our members and ESPECIALLY one of our mods, I suggest you take your own advice and send an email and keep it off our boards. Other than that, welcome back to CF and I hope your contributions to the board will far surpass those of your past.
