There was an electro/freebreak remix of "waiting for tonight" I used to hear on the POWER WORKOUT @ NOON, but of course it no longer exists. This was back in 2000 when there was good dance music on a few stations here, but I was so caught up in a long distance relationship and not wanting to hear love songs that I missed my chances of enjoying that! At least we have Energy Dance Radio, but as far as for "waiting for tonight", I liked it so much the first time I heard it and when the video was world premiered on MTV, but for some reason shortly after that I just hated it and couldn't stand it, changed the station when I heard it, I don't know why. Now I just don't care about it, I take no action if it comes on the radio but I wont sit through the entire video without changing the channel or turning off the t.v. to do something else. I don't like it or hate it now, it's just another song on the radio to me, kind of like what the Cha Cha slide is to me now. I just don't care if it comes on or not.
 
I think J-Lo could easily make a freestyle song. With all those urban r&b and dance/latin house songs she has on her albums, it's very weird that she never decided to at least do a booty bass or breakbeat version of any of them! A mixture of house/trance and urban r&b on an album, but never has it occuresd to her to make a bass remix of any of those songs which in a way is kind of a combination of both the urban and dance style? Even the Kumbia Kings were smart enough - or thought of - to make a bass remix of one of their songs, "U don't love me" (cibola bass mix) - Kumbia Kings. Even Usher had a 2step, AND bass remix of "You got it bad", but with J-Lo MAKING dance songs and not thinking of this, I don't know how this could be.

UMMM.....Didn't J-Lo have this policy of hers about NOT being romantically involved with her fellow Puerto Ricans?....It wouldn't have been such a surprise to me if she had married outside the race....but if she keeps up the way she does, she's gonna be known as the Puerto Rican Elizabeth Taylor...that would be a crying shame, cuz Liz has made SO MANY great movies....but you mention her name, and the first thing that comes to mind is her 7 marriages.

JENNIFER has alot of FREESTYLE in her music and I consider the beautiful ballad "ALIVE" a FREESTYLE BALLAD, "LOVE DONT COST A THING" has some FREESTYLE, havent you seen the video, hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So does "FEELIN SO GOOD" and "PLAY sounds it too!!!!!!!! Not just JENNIFER but alot of POP artists come out with FREESTYLE or a new FREESTYLE type sound!!!!! BRITNEY SPEARS, KYLIE MINOGUE, MADONNA, ETC....But JENNIFER is the ONLY ONE WHO ADMITS SHE HAS FREESTYLE IN IT, Im not gonna argue with you KENNY!!!!!!!But it is a fact and, also we will never agree on it or FREESTYLE in general, I tend be a more open minded & common sense person, I wish I could say the same for some people.We will never agree on this subject, so I will just leave it as is, forgotten. :splat
