It snowed down where I live a few weeks ago and people were blown away. There were people out playing in the snow, just pulled over on the side of the road. It was the craziest thing I have ever seen. It was so cool. My kids couldn't believe it.

I live just a few miles out of San Diego County and that's not normal for us.
 
AWWW....THAT'S NICE...I'M GLAD YOUR KIDS ENJOYED IT!!!...I'M USED TO IT...I MEAN MY DAD IS IN THE AIR FORCE SO I'VE LIVED IN DENVER...ALASKA...AND NOW I AM LIVING BACK WITH MY DAD HER IN COL SPRINGS....FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS I LIVED IN TEXAS....SO I CAN'T STAND THE DAMN HEAT!!!!!! IT DRIVES ME NUTS!!!!!!.....SO I PLAN TO STAY HERE IN SPRINGS WHERE THE WEATHER IS PERFECT FOR ME!!!...LOL:lol

We have a project coming up there at the Air Force base.......funny......I'm going to have the oportunity to move over there and work on this new project for about 5 years they said, but I don't know about leaving the San Diego area.

What's it like there? Cost of living and stuff like that? Is there a lot to do there? Can you buy land there pretty cheap?

IT'S REALLY NICE HERE...I MEAN EVERYONE I HAVE MET HAVE BEEN REALLY COOL....I MEAN IT'S SOOO DIFFERENT FROM TEXAS....WELL I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE COST OF LIVING HERE...I JUST MOVED HERE LIKE 3 MONTHS AGO....I FOUND AN APARTMENT THAT IS PRETTY NICE FOR LIKE 550$...BUT I'M SURE YOU WANT A HOUSE RIGHT??? SORRY I CAN'T HELP YOU THERE. LAND I HAVE NO IDEA EITHER!!! SORRY!!!...BUT LIKE I SAID IT'S NICE...NICE PLACE FOR KIDS TO GROW UP AROUND...HOW OLD ARE THEY???

The only one I'm concerned about is my daughter Dorian since she just started High School so moving her would be really tough for her and it really isn't something that I would look forward to, so if I choose not to go it will probably be because of her. I just don't want to move her away from all her friends. It just seems that it's so much tougher for kids these days than when I was in school.

And I would like to buy a good chunk of land, maybe 10 to 20 acres or so. My son races motocross so I would need to build a track for him.

WOW...4 KIDS!!! MAN I ONLY WANT ONE!!! LOL..YEAH I AGREE...I MEAN I HAD TO MOVE FREAKIN EVERY 2 YEARS...I HATED IT...BC I WAS SUCH A QUITE KID AND IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO MAKE FRIENDS...MIDDLE SCHOOL WAS THE WORST!!!...THE GIRLS THERE WERE SOOOOO MEAN! H.S. WASN'T TOO BAD BUT ONCE YOU BLOCK CERTAIN THINGS OUT IT'S EASIER TO GET BY...YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN? BUT I AGREE IF IT WERE ME I WOULDN'T MOVE BECAUSE OF THE SAME REASON.
