Ok guys....I was reading that you guys workout so I had to post.
I have my CFC (certified fitness consultant) and in school for sports med, going towards elite trainning for the olympics, hopefully. I'm still in school, so if anyone has any questions regarding health and fitness just e-mail me. I will reply to the best of my knowledge and/or reseach it for you, it would really help me and of course you.

Hey GBOY, congrats. I've had my mind set on becoming on a doctor my whole my life, so that's what I wanna do in the future. But if I was into weight lifting long time ago (which wouldn't necessarily have been healthy since I'm only 18), I'd probably have chosen to be a trainer. I really enjoy weight lifting and I also enjoy teaching others proper execution and so on. So again, congrats.
Thereo, sorry it took a while to respond. You and Heavenly, I dunnoooo... lol.. you guys would make a good couple 😛 j/k (hey heavenly, does your b/f use the cf message boards? lol).
Anyway.... wow, Thereo, you do all of those exercises for 1 muscle group in 1 workout? Bro, you got lots of stamina! Usually, all I do for my shoulders is the military bench press.. Lemme give you an overview of my workout... (it rarely changes, but oh well)...
flat bench press or inclined db press
military bench press
tricep pull down
close grip flat bench press
preacher curls and/or hammer curls and/or normal bicep curls (whatever they're called)
then once I'm done this, I do whatever I want. Varies from day to day. Sometimes I do sqwats... I don't like those days. lol. This takes me around an hour and a half to complete. You probably noticed that I concentrate too much on my triceps and my biceps.. that's what I gotta change this coming school year. I'm gonna go CRAZY on my chest!!! ARRRRRGGGGGGHHHH!!!
Anyway! FREESTYLE + WEIGHT LIFTING FOREVER!! LOL take it eeesssss bro!

Jade, just eat right and do a lot of cardio for that (i.e.: elyptical glider, bike, tred mill). If you want to go hardcore, you can do LUNGES (!!) and/or sqwats. Lunges are great, but very tireing. You feel it immediatly though. Sqwats, well... try them and you'll see 😀
i would have a set of exercises for one group and every muscle group would get a few exercises, most of the time 3-4 maybe more depending on my mood and if i'm going all out 8-10 reps 3 sets or 3-4 sets at 10-15 (lower weight)
since january i got lazy and i've gained alittle too much weight, and with the mass it makes me look fatter then i want to be.
if you want eesh i'll send you the exercises i did for each group some are pretty good.

Right now, all I have at home is a multipurpose bench, an EZ-bar and a bunch of plates. I WAS going to the Curzons at yorkdale at the start of the summer, but that place was so dirtyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!! I don't wanna get into details. So now I workout at home until school starts again, then I can use their weight room.
I'm trying to figure out a good exercise for my triceps apart from close grib bench press and kickbacks. Any ideas thereo? gboy?

I don't work out in a gym, i thought about doing that, but with my 100lbs it shouldn't be a problem to get athletic other ways ... i do 100 or more sit-ups before I go to bed and around 50 in the morning, I do lots of roller blading for my legs, cos i hate it when young people have those soggy legs, ew... and a while ago i bought a boxing bag for stress relief, and now it's my excercising aparatus, lol...
um right.... I'm at work, and hella bored, boss left me by myself for the day 🙁 like oh well...
