Hey cars is fine in my book.....I know my fair share about cars.....I'm a kewl chick .....my boyfriend says that I kick ass cuz I'm not like most girls....I know about cars, don't watch chick flicks, listen to KEWL music, not too touchy feely.....I let him do his own thing and I do mine and lots of other stuff.....HELL I'm just too kewl 😎

My man works at night he won't be off til 10:30 and then he goes straight home....unless I ask him to come over or if I go to his house but he lives outside of Tampa.....Lutz which is a small town about a good 30 mins from me. So if I go over I can't stay long cuz I have to drive back home 🙁
Why did you guys stop talking about weight lifting?
I love weight lifting. Been doing it since september as many times a week as I possibly can. I've gotten a lot bigger since I've start, and a lot more defined. My weakest exercise is the bench press since my chest is my weakest area, but that's ok. I'm gonna KILLLLLLLL my chest once school starts again!!! HARDCORRRRREEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW, I find that some freestyle is ok while working out, but euro gives more of a pace. You don't wanna start thinking about some broad that left you when you're benching the 45s 😉
LOL you want to talk about weight lifteing EESH? ok i started last augest and stopped when i started school in January, why you ask cause i got busy and lazy! BUt in that time i lost weight gained muscle, but i'm a big guy so it's not as easy to get defined as it is for someone who is small and is putting the mass on. Yah the bench is probobly my worst area i can only do about 130 but everything else WATCHOUT! I'm the crazy guy that goes nuts while in the gym trying to rip my arm off my body while doing a shrugs! I'll start up again thought and when i do it's all out. You don't take anything when you work out do you? And when i'm working out unless i'm doing cardio i don't care what music they play or i hear cause i don't hear it when i'm doing a set anyways!
Well, as far as music goes, it was the school weight room and since me and my friend were in charge (my friend more than me, but that's ok. I had a key to room! hahaha), I was an a*****e to lots of people when it came to music. lol Call it abuse of power if you want. Sometimes I was a little short on CDs, so by the end of the year, I knew the exact track listing of Ti-Amo Freestyle Mega-Mixx vol.1. I'm so sick of that cd it's not funny. 😛
When I workout, I eat a protein bar either during or after my workout (unless I'm exhausted, then I just have it before my workout). The only one that can actually go down my throat is the suppreme supplements strawberry shortcake and blueberry cheesecake flavours. I seldomly take a protein shake. For 3 months (nov-jan), I took creatine. That gave me a really good boost in my workout. But I haven't taken it since january. I found out that as long as you keep going at it, you'll maintain the mass.
And bro, just a tip... if you wanna abuse your shoulders, don't do shrugs.. do the military bench press. You'll see a difference after the first day. Then do the shrugs afterwards if you really wanna abuse shoulders 😀

I would have a protien shake in the mornign that acted also like a meal replacment and work out at night. About abusing my shoulders, for shoulders on the day that i set for them i would do:
-military press free weight and bar
-hammer machine declineing military press
- dumbell raises free weight to the front and up and to the side
-shrugs, more for traps
sitting and standing depending on my mood
i went one day for each major group and addded cardio in there as well. I loved going and i hated it cause i loved the way it felt but i hated the 2 hours it took me to go come home....
Huh what .....where am I.....oh in Canada and boys are STILL talking about weight lifting.....hehehe (j/k)
Well I guess I am out of the loop with this one.....I JUST TRYING TO LOSE THE WEIGHT!!! but I do go to the gym to workout but nothing HARDCORE....guess I am lazy but that is it for the exercise gimic.....wake me up when you guys are done 🙂
