I never said Heaven was freestyle. I just said they were adding more dance in general, which is a good thing, and could possibly lead to adding more freestyle. Q102 in 95/ 96 was great. Every night they played great freestyle tracks on "Q It or Screw It." Plus they played a lot of old and new school freestyle in regular rotation. I remember them playing "Dreamgirl" by MCSC for the first time. In 97, they filtered out the new freestyle and really just stuck with the older stuff, but the station sounded great. They used Reel World's KTU style jingles, and the playlist was almost completely dance.
