I'm needing to find out who sings this song and what the title really is. I know it is a woman, and the song came out in the late 80's early 90's...and has a phrase of "indian giver". I can't find it anywhere...

It's by Rainy Davis (better known for her hit single Sweetheart). It came out on Columbia Records as a single and was also on her 1988 album "Ouch" 🙂
