Hey Jack,

I often wondered why we can't post images on the board anymore using the codes

...I used to see members post pics and all back when I became a member here...but then it all changed and nowadays if anyone tries to do it...it gets edited...just curious...

We made a picture forum where you can upload pics.

What was happending by using the Image tag or html tags to call in the images...

Members would post up images from another server.. they would
eventually move the images from that server or relocate them, etc..

Then we are stuck with a Big Fat X on our systems - on our members screens.

We don't want dead images withhin posts. It sucks. looks terrible
and is annoying.

The Upload method costs this site more $ with storage and bandwidth..
But that was guarantees that the images will always be their
for whoever is looking at the thread.

Now if the web browser defaulted to a picture of a Thong instead of a Big Fat X - then it would be fine by us 😛
