And when a child like that flips, he doesn't think before about who to go after, it's just a trigger that makes him snap. I bet that kid can tell you that that man has never done anything to him, and couldn't explain why he did what he did. That's why hospitals are a step before jail. He wouldn't survive in jail with what's going on in his mind. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing his actions. But just knowing that he is in the foster care system can say alot.

there is no need 2 fu*k him up even more by putting him in jail
 
The kid obviously has alot of repressed emotions bottled up and he let them out on your brotha. That kid needs some help!
