:mad i just got a call from my brother
he is still at work
he works in the city for ACF
he went 2 take a 10year old boy 2 a foster home
and the kid went nuts on him, and started hitting him
kicked him in the knees and grabed a pan the try 2 hit him on the head
my brother block him
and then the kid grabed a knife and ran to stab him 3 fu*king times, all 3 times my brother blocked
at the end the cops came and thank God my bro is alright
but i can't believe what happened
this is a 10 year old, but from what my bro said the lids was a BIG 10yr old , like about 110 lbs and tall
i'm just happy my bro is ok
 
omg glad he is ok. these kids r way out of control today. society needs to wake up and do something b4 it's too late.

I'm glad to hear that your brother is ok. The kids I work with are agressive like that too, but they do not have access to weapons. I had kids come at me with chairs, pencils and all type of stuff, but you have to think about what they're going through. It's not a life anyone wants to live (foster care). Hopefully your brother can be more protected from this happening again.
 
he called me and told me he is going 2 get checked out cuz his back is hurting him and his knees
and since he has back problems he want 2 get checked out 2 make sure he is fine
but i still can't believe this
i'm just sooooooo thankful nothing happened 2 him

That might be true, but we don't know what was going through his mind. I'm not excusing his actions. There has to be something going on in that kid's mind to make him flip. And when a child like that flips, he doesn't think before about who to go after, it's just a trigger that makes him snap. I bet that kid can tell you that that man has never done anything to him, and couldn't explain why he did what he did. That's why hospitals are a step before jail. He wouldn't survive in jail with what's going on in his mind. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing his actions. But just knowing that he is in the foster care system can say alot.

today I got a phone call from the oldest school's therapist..

he decided to bang his head on the lockers.....

We had an emergency appt w/ the Familt therapist
