I recently spoke to my friend who has helped MARSHAL JONES record his new rock album.

I told her about clubfreestyle and that a few people had asked how is Marshall doing?

She in turn asked him to reply to me...

He says that he is doing O.K. and is glad to hear that people has asked for him. In a previous post I asked him what happened to his career as a freestyle artist and he sadly said that he was d*cked over by his record company...

Anyway I asked that if he were to get e-mails by many people to make another Freestyle song, would he do it?

He said "Maybe!"

So, if you guys really like him to try again give me some support....

Send e-mails of positive encouragement.

For those with smart answers, discredits or critically retarded questions, post it. But try not to be so anal...

As as a "Freestyle" artist Marshall Jones is considered to be a one hit wonder. That one hit is of course "I BURN", a song which happens to be a favorite of mine. Now I remember in an earlier post Marshall's response as being a flat-out "NO" to returning to Freestyle.

If he has since reconsidered - that is great news. It would be nice to see some sort of Freestyle reunion album released to kind of pick-up where Micmac's REUNION compilation left off...At the same time though, if he is truly happy making the music he is now - I don't see any need for him to take a backwards step in his career.
