Eduardo Faurr, a 32 year old Ice cream truck owner was Arrested by police. He is accused by a 9 year old girl for touching her. Farr aka Mr Ding A Ling, was giving permission by her parents to ride and help Faurr in the truck. The parents felt they had good trust in Faurr.(AP)
