of course there are stations playing freestyle in Canada, even in toronto; classics are regularly aired on Jackfm! Now, being in Calgary and knowing that much freestyke, I sure did not get it from a station in T.O.! Here we have more german and brazilian products along with the domestic major label releases (eg: Joee-better than you never made it here [spg] but the nation's truly and only freestyle hit for 2003- Audre"I Know (DJ Pezz DRC Mix) from Tycoon/Sony was all over the place. In montreal, Mix96, CKMF and CKOI program freestyle classics like expose, cover girls, lisa lisa, early joee, etc. So does MC Mario on the party mix rewinds every weekend!
