The song is titled "Is it Me or is it Her". I forgot who the female artist since I think it was her only hit. It's New York Freestyle and I do have the 12" record, but not in my present location. That song is a pretty tight jam and probably rarely heard. I did record it on cassette, but never wrote down the artists names. Sorry. I hope someone else can provide the name of the artist.
