I Need Song Help!!!

Hey everyone!!I heard a great song on the Latino Mix Freestyle Flashback show today, and Im trying to find out what it is and who sings it. I think it's called "What Will It Take" and its sung by a guy. Some of the lyrics go "What will it take to love you once again...what can I do to make you feel that you're the one for me?...If I promise you the world, I'll open up the sky"....the voice sounds so familiar but I just cant place it. Its definitely not "What Will It Take" by Cynthia because it's a guy singing. Any clue? Ceesil..I know u can do it 🙂 Thanks!!
