why didn't you try getting with her before? If you only made your move now after she lost the weight then she's probably thinking that you're only making the move now because of how she looks. I suggest you let her now how you feel about her and see what she says. Worst case scenario she shuts you down and says she only wants to be friends and if you really like her, you'll be down with that.
