i like the freeestyle version better than the original but on an old mix tape i have a freestyle version of that song and its not the joee version, ne info on this....
 
Thanks everyone! Free Jack....how is it retarded? I'm not offended by your comment but I just dont see how this track is retarded. It does have good vocals and a slammin' beat. I mean yeah, it's planet rock but I love the way they used it for that track. I feel that eventhough it's a remake it's an original, creative piece not like these wanna-be vocalists these days.

I think it stems from the fact that the pop version really sucked!! I'm not really into remakes but some are good like "Cherish" by Clear Touch originally done by Cool & The Gang,"Don't let me be misunderstood"by the Latin Rascals and even Tearshed 93 by Denine.One reason why I got into Freestyle in 86 is because it was different , a new sound, a new following that broke away from the lame,no flava, for the masses pop sh*t of the 80's like Springsteen,Michael "molester" Jackson etc etc .So why would I like anything that is a remake of it? Glad to see you take no offense ..at least someone in here has some skin.

FreeJack..."CHERISH" by Clear Touch is my all time favorite Freestyle remake. If I were to put together a compilation of the best of the Freestyle remakes (which I have considered doing for a while) I would have to include "DIED IN YOUR ARMS"...The only problem is I don't know if I could come up with enough good remakes to fill a CD...

i just died in your arms is going to be on the new grand theft auto game for ps2 but its the org not remake 🙁 rhoq dont u like the songs my final good bye from pure pleazure and just once from miguel reyes i have more remakes but cant think of all of them now.
 
I have a video with Bernie Rosenburg talking about that song (Died In Your Arms Tonight) when it just came out. It was at a club/show in Canada called "The Electric Circuit". He predicted it may see some billboard.
 
that was joees only single to be on the billboards and there is a a club show in canada but its called the electric ciricus unless its another one somewhere else...

Joe..."MY FINAL GOODBYE" by Pure Pleazue, although it borrowed a bit from another song, it was an original song.

"JUST ONCE" by Miguel Reyes, doesn't count since it is a slow jam, not a Freestyle remake. But, no I didn't like it.
