My reds are fading away... my hair is too dark for it to stay in! I would have to bleach my hair to keep it! 🙁 I'm not about 2 lose my beautiful black, curly and long hair! 😀

Some tips on keepin your red vibrant are: 1) Buy a good color care shampoo & comditioner (I use Biolage & I love it)
2) Get your self a color depositing shampoo in the shade closest to your red color. This helps when you shampoo it in every other shampoo it deposits red tones in your hair.
3) Wash with cold water if you can. Yes I know yall are probably like "Cold water...Hell naw" but trust me washin in cold water helps keep the cuticle of your hair closed this way letting the pigment stay in your hair. What I do is wash my hair in the sink with cold water first then wrap it up & put a cap on & take a regular shower. 4) For those who can get away with it like myself, don't wash your hair every day. Shyt try not & wash it every few days if ya can. I have that type of hair that I can get away with not washin all the damn time but some hair types need to be washed every day & this is why your red fades so quickly.
See it is tough keepin up with a red shade but if you love your color like I do mine it's worth it!!!!😀
