I have a question...

Me and my baby tell each other EVERYTIME we hang up the phone. I dont like when "love ya" is said either, thats like ..."toodles catch ya later buddy".

hehe yeah everyone pretty much said what i would say 🙂

basically u can say LUV YA to your best friend, siblings or whatever... not only to your life partner.. but I LOVE YOU u say it only to them and ur family members, both of course are different, but u know what I mean...

doesn't take a lot of courage to tell someone LUV YA .. or write that at the end of the letter before u write ur name.. but saying I LOVE YOU takes time cos you wanna make sure it's for real...

and i agree that 'love' as a word is so corrupted now... little kids tell it to each other after seeing each other for a week... for women it's like a way to keep a man, to tell him they love him... i see it happen sooo much... and when someone over says it, altho they mean good, it loses it's meaning... and it becomes just like anything else u have a tendecy to reapeat a lot in ur daily dialogues....

hope people were a little more old fashioned when it comes to love 🙂

if the words "i love you" are used too much, i think it loses its value... cause its like ok honey im off to work..i love you and then 15 minutes later he calls you to say i jsut wanted to say i love you and then lunch time he does the same.... you get my point.. those words must be cherished.... like every night before you go to sleep or when you are holding each other in public...

I don't agree there........ everytime I say it or have it said to me it means twice as much as the previous time......... but I do agree with the original question "love ya" is more between those who are just friends......... 🙂

I agree w/ the "love ya"statement as everyone has stated..I was however referring to Nya's add'l question regarding saying "I love you" all the time! lol..

I feel that ricanlips.......but like everyone else has said love ya' is for the friends and i love you is for that special someone......

I think there is no difference.
