betty... the hurricanes.. where i live, i've been very lucky when it comes to hurricanes... we only get mad rain and strong winds, but nothin like trees fallin and houses being blown away (kinda like the wizard of oz). but it has gotten flooded... thats about as bad as it gets...

Easy.. Don't build ur home on the sand.. Don't live in a Trailer House and Don't surround ur home w/ trees!
