I don't get the frog butt thing either, but I don't like to mess with tradition. and the magic chito is like the little kiss I give to my daughter's little boo boos)

And I'm glad I read the whole thing cause I was trying to picture you cutting your finger on a mandolin and it just didn't seem right...
