Example: Tonight for dinner, my brother and I decided we wanted pizza. Knowing this would be a lot of calories, I made sure that I had a granola bar for breakfast (a heathy one, not one with candy or coated in chocolate) and for lunch, just a bowl of cereal. No snacks in between, just spring water to drink. Then, for dinner I had a personal pizza (Yummy-buffalo chicken) and 1 glass of soda. I made sure when I was full, I stopped eating. Had half the pizza left.

Getting hungry now, maybe have a small serving of peanuts.
 
LOL well see w/me I can't eat alot of the stuff I used to b/c it makes me sick. but even when I do eat I eat about as much as my kids do and that's not alot. I can't seem to fit my 3 meals a day either b/c it makes me sick and i'm still blowing up. and exercise YA RIGHT! I don't have the energy or the will power.....
 
I HATE EM TOOO!! YOU GOTTA WANNA DO IT FOR YOURSELF IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN A DIET!! DIET AND WORKOUT!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT WORKOUT PROGRAM LOOK INTO "CURVES" IT IS A GREAT 30 MINUTE WORKOUT THAT I AM SURE ALL FEMALES HAVE TIME FOR. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! OH AND ITS FOR FEMALES ONLY! :walk
 
Diets are really hard and the #'s say we cheat with in the 1st 2 days....

YES SOUL "CURVES" IS REALLY GOOD!! I STARTED IN SEPTEMBER AND SO FAR I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 15 INCHES AND 22 POUNDS :jumpr I AM ON 1 MEAL A DAY AND 2 PROTEIN SHAKES...GRRRRRRR BUT LATELY I HAVE DOING JUST THE ONE MEAL :shhh
