Ok, this worked for me....maybe it will work for you........

On New Year's Eve, one of my resolutions was to be more postive. How I was going to do that, when I was sooo negative, I had no idea. After some thought, I sat at the comp, and wrote a letter, one big long letter, to everyone who I had negative feelings towards, whether it was due to something they did or said or whatever.

I let myself go with the feelings, and printed it out. Went to a New Year's Eve party, and carried it with me all night, and made peace with it, realizing I had unloaded everything into the letter. Got home early morning, and burned it in the back yard.

Maybe you can write out what is giving you grief, and let all the emotions out onto paper, and burn it, getting rid of your frustration.

I know how you feel......I get like that a lot. It's hard to deal with it, atleast for me. I feel depressed most of the time and sometimes I don't know how get out of that. But anyway... HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER,( think happy thoughts ):sflower

I was alot worst before than now. So things can get better. But i'm stuck in this little sector that I just can't get out of. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr
