I used to hate the gym, but now I look at it as "my time", I don't relax, but I get some pent up frustrations out. lol

I do the same thing. When it's Saturday or Sunday, and I have nothing to do, I don't get out of bed until 10am or later.

I feel relaxed and rejuvinated.
