for other other past festivals and parades, they have put up signs that say "No Parking On Sunday".

For this parade, they put up signs that read "No Parking On Sunday Due To Puerto Rican Day Parade".

She was wondering why specify "Puerto Rican Day" parade when the other signs in the past don't say that.

Nah! Because they don't it for other parades. I think they're just trying to do anything possible to ban the PR parade. But in this case, anyone can take a sign like that and look for a lawyer that will sue. Maybe that should be me. I'm broke as hell. :lol LMAOOOOOOOOOOO

It is discrimination in a way...some people would think that they don't give a care about other cultures parades because of what the signs say. I see what you mean.

If I'm not correct, they said on the news, it's going to be done to all parades. They didn't do it to the last parade which was, "I think" the muslim one, because they were afraid to be retaliated by some people so they didn't put them out. Don't start to yell and scream just yet. Wait and see what will be done to the other parades.
 
Like I said don't read too much into it. They can't ever cancel the pr parade. brings so many people out and the city makes lots and lots of money.
