Cutting Records probably couldn't get Atlantic Records to agree to the inclusion of "Hot Spot" (1988) on Giggles' He Loves Me...He Loves Me Not (1992) album. After all, that particular song's release was a collaborative effort, between Cutting and Atlantic, while Giggles' album was released through Cutting, only.

but cutting owned the rights, i heard back in 92 that hot spot wasn't a strong song comapred to love letters and this is why it wasn;t on the her lp..

I also heard since they were scamming fans and coming up with fake singers to sing under the name giggles they just decided not to include the track and stick with the ones they had.
