Oh you do wanna go swimming...well you cant really do that anywhere in Lake Ontario lol...you wanna swim you gotta go North or East or West..just dont go south lol...Sherskeston (however u spell it) is nice its by Niagara area...and if you go north there's a lot of places...sable beach, crystal beach, sandbanks...lake simcoe is ok and probably the closest...and then theres always your local pool 😛

If you want a nice WIDE sandy beach with huge sand dunes for a lake, about 1 hour from Toronto, just go east on the 401 to Prince Edward County. It's about halfway to Kingston. Of course I can drive 3 hours and be at the ocean 🙂. Too bad every square inch of sand is covered with chainsmoking rednecks with major body odor issues. If I go another hour I can get to a more secluded beach though, near the North Carolina border.

To me Sandbanks is the best beach I have been to here in Canada and one of the best in the northern part of North America.......uh vicky we'll see 😛
 
Uh its about a 3 hour drive from Toronto...don't ask which way lol I think north...I think its close to Bellville but I could be wrong...
