Well hockey is back...but they keep saying that the American teams are gonna feel it...American hockey fans won't forgive the NHL as quickly as Canadian fans...here it feels like there was never a lock out...I was wondering what you all feel about it...I think there are some true hockey cities tho in the USA (New York, New Jersey, Philly, Boston, Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit)

Oh Sonya I could not agree with you more. Philly, NY, Detroit and Chicago are all HUGE Hockey towns.. but as funny as it may seem, we cant pass out the teams in the south, ie the Panthers and the Lightening. I think Hockey here in the states will bounce back just as big in the same way that it came to exist it will bounce back.

Don't have to worry about it in Tampa. It seems all is forgiven. The Lightning have sold out their first few games. People here want to see them take another Cup. Of course, the majority of people that watch the Lightning are people that have moved here from the Northern U.S. and Canada.

It would be nice if a Canadian team won the cup...it's been a long time

The Stars' games have been sold out down here in Dallas, so we don't seem to have a problem down here.

Go Stars!

Well that's good to hear cuz it seems officials constantly use lack of American support for crazy ticket prices up here
