Well Joe, at NBC's website, they have a message board for the show, and there have been thread there regarding "who" people would like to see on the show.

There have been a few posts where people mention Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam and Exposè.

I love Nena. I have the group's debut album (99 Luftballons), the follow up that flopped (It's All In The Game) and an import 2 cd set called "The Definitive Collection".

Unfortunately, the guitar player (Carlo Karges) died a few years ago due to liver failure. The rest of the band is still around.

the lead singer (Nena Kerner) still works in Europe, doing tvshows and releasing some successfull solo albums.

Hmm..what's this chair doing in the middle of the stage?...and what is this rope dangling over it attached to?.....maybe if i sit down in the chair and look up i could get a better look...nope, still perplexed here....i'll just tug on the rope a bit and.....WHAT THE #$%@!!!!

I thought the Motels were great with the first song. The second was a MESS though. They should let them sing their own songs that they can do justice to.
 
Chuck and Damian, you two are too funny!!! I'm not one to listen to the audio commentary on my dvd's, but if it were by you guys, most definately...What a good way to start out a morning, coffee and laughter.
 
Ok, I like the first half of the show when they perform their own hits, but the second half with the cover songs is AWFUL!!! I heard that the show is only supposed to run 3, 4 weeks but Im not sure.
