Who is Victor Vega besides being Freestyle Diva chereé's manager you may ask? Well some say he is a cross between Marc Anthony and Jerry Rivera. Although his style and voice are unique, Victor has been leaving an artistically distinctional mark in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia. Furthermore, Victor brings a unique style and voice to the music industry compared to none. Determined to reach people of all generations, Victor has recorded different genres but focuses more in the tropical music "salsa" area. His salsa style contains a different sound and flavor that copies no other. Victor has also recorded POP Ballad, POP R&B and Boleros.
Victor has opened for salsa artists such as Andy Montañez, Viti Ruiz, La Sonora Ponceña and Rey De La Paz to name a few.
Without the support of a major label, Internet Website or conventional
media, Victor has been crossing all borders. Getting recognition and
attention even from Puerto Rico. In 2003 Victor will release two
albums, a Tropical Salsa album titled: "No Debo Quererte" and an English album titled : "Who Would've Ever Thought", which will include a POP Ballad duet with Freestyle diva Chereé called "Now I Know".
In this year alone, Victor has performed at the 2002 National Puerto
Rican Day parade in New York City, The Bronx, Atlantic City, Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, and Paterson. Victor will also be performing in Elizabeth and local clubs in NY, NJ and PA with destination to Florida, Boston, Canada, California and Puerto Rico.
