Hello Everyone - FROM "MKG"

I haven't been on CF since the last FreestyleFile show and just wanted to drop in and say 'HELLO" to everyone.. I've been busy setting up my brand new studio and also writing new songs. I've also been having personal issues which we all have in life:-(

My plans are still in full effect but I'm laying low like I said I would on the FreestyleFile interview. I guess it's good karma to keep it that way


Martin & Nyasia - Sorry I missed your big bash last week but I will be at the next so hit me up Paradise... Still gotta make that plan for you guys to come up to my house.. CONGRATS on your award ..:cheers You deserved it..

PS: It's good to know that when someone is down they can come to CF and get support from the caring members... Life is a rollercoaster but we have to take the good with the bad... Chuck D., I lost 14lbs in one week and feel great. I should be down to my normal weight by September or October.. Feels really good to start getting back into Physical shape. I had to read your story a few times to get motivated. Just hope I can move again on the dancefloor the way you do cause you just don't stop and I was getting tired after 1 or 2 songs..LOL...

Chuck D., I lost 14lbs in one week and feel great. I should be down to my normal weight by September or October.. Feels really good to start getting back into Physical shape. Yeah, I'm up for every song now, and look forward to droping that last 40lbs, and staying at the club all night!
