Hating Americans

Why do other countries and alot of their people hate the US so much??? It feels like theirs going to be another WORLD WAR!!! The middle east definitly was born to hate us.I remember watching the AMERICAN IDOL WORLD competetion and KELLY CLARKSON from the US was 1 or 2 in every country ,accept in the middle east-ARABIA who placed her 6/7th????They really hate us and still their people want to leave to the US??Theres so much politics & religion involved that it is an on going issue.What do you guys think?

well I guess it's we don't see it from their side-

try putting yourself in thier shoes. I mean don't get me wrong I understand your point- and for a long time alot of them had it drilled in thier heads to feel that way and look at how they live.........

I think alot of it is bcuz we support and have supported the Israelis... That would describe the tensions in the middle east. For the majority of the others I think that is not really envy or jealousy I think it has alot to do with our always inyour face way of running the world. Bcuz we act the way we act we are seen overseas as egotistical and boisterous. People dont like us that much because we dont behave too well in the worldly population. And that is why I think they dont like us.. Doesnt have anything to do with jealousy or greed or envy... Those are primal emotions..

Which European countries? I am European and a lot of my family is back in the old country too, and that Anti-American sentiment is not true over there..

what's normal for americans isn't normal for every other country in this world, stop trying to make other countries conform to this norm by taking them over.. the policies that work fine for the US don't all work so nicely for other countries

well I'm european too and yes Europeans don't like americans... but it's not cos they're JEALOUS... trust me I lived in middle east and europe, now i live in north america... it's not envy either... that leaves with one thing.

Thats what I am tryin to say... It has nothing to do with Jealousy or Envy... and more to do with the way we act and behave in the worldly population.

Well I feel that their is culture clash with the US and many other countries, which causes problems.My brother was kicked of a site for saying that everyone wants to go to the us not EUROPE, and the Europeans kept on saying that everyone wanted to live in their countries.Than my brother told him,"why than,is everyone from all countries going to the US ????Another term is people from other countries say things like "Thats so american" but in a way of belittling us.I feel that AMERICANS should understand the hate that the middle east & other countries have for us,because right now things are not looking good.
